Alltech Fortnight Festival
Leading up to the World Equestrian Games, Alltech will be presenting
the “Fortnight Festival”, a series of entertainment
events held throughout the state of Kentucky. The Alltech Fortnight
Festival will bring the excitement of the WEG to all of Kentucky
by offering world class entertainment.

Spotlight Lexington WEG 2010
In conjunction with the World Equestrian Games, the city of Lexington
will host a free 17 day festival featuring food, various entertainment
and the chance to take in all the WEG excitement with even setting
foot inside the Kentucky Horse Park.
Spotlight Lexington will be concentrated in the Cheapside Park,
Triangle Park and the Robert F. Stephens Plaza where the main stage
will be the venue for remedaling ceremonies, nighly concerts and
live feeds from the Kentucky Horse Park..

Lexington
The Kentucky Experience
The Kentucky Experience will be just that, an experience of EVERYTHING
“Kentucky”. With hundreds of thousands of visitors that
the World Equestrian Games will attract during the 16 day equestrian
event, the Kentucky Experience will allow visitors to see, hear,
taste and interact with Kentucky without ever having to leave the
Kentucky Horse Park.
Guests to this interactive experience will be able to visit Daniel
Boone Country, the Western Waterlands, the Bluegrass, Blues and
Barbecue offerings as well as enjoy the Southern Lakes. They will
be able to tour the Caves, Lakes and Corvettes region of Kentucky
as well as the Appalachian Mountains. They will be able to experience
the attractions in the state’s metropolitan areas of Louisville,
Lexington and Northern Kentucky – all the while staying inside
the Kentucky Horse Park.

World Equestrian Games Trade Show
Within the Kentucky Horse Park, the WEG Trade Show will feature
over 300 vendors from around the world. These vendors will provide
spectators with a luxury retail shopping experience when they are
not enjoying the world class equestrian events.
Equine Pavilion
The Equine Pavilion at the Kentucky Horse Park will be unique to
the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010. The Pavilion will
be a central site that house both exhibits from various equine organizations
and a number of world class equine demonstrations and special events.
The combination of equine exhibits and demonstrations will showcase
the depth and scope of the equine industry to spectators. The Equine
Pavilion gives the entire equestrian world, outside of the eight
disciplines, a chance to be involved in the World Equestrian Games.
